Trentino province at the foot of the Dolomites. Elisabetta Foradori is considered the saviour of almost extinct local grape varieties. Her 26 hectares of vineyards are surrounded by mountains. Stony ground stores warmth during daytime only to give it back to the grapevines during nighttime. The wind blows from valleys and lakes. The grapevines appreciate it.
